Reduction of calcium level in Blood can be the cause of Heart attack – Stroke.

With change in human lifestyle Symptom of much disease like Heart attack, Stroke, Diabetes, Intestine disease, Breast and Uterus cancer has been considerably increased. Along with all above require to add deficiency of calcium. i.e. Non-vegetarian female who is 65 years old in age having 35% of them are weaker bones in compared to 18% of the vegetarian females.

So, it clearly tells people who are non-vegetarian have more chance of bone fractures in compared to vegetarian. Now, we can understand the role of non-veg foods in calcium loss.

These we can understand through the human Blood pH.  pH value means the concentration of hydrogen ion in particular liquid. If pH is 1 it means, it means it is acidic and if it is 14 means it is alkaline. Range of pH is in 1 to 14 scales.

Human blood is little bit alkaline, in the range of 7.35 to 7.45 which can be maintained by the human body. This level is maintained by urination and respiration process. So, if anyone can urinate means the body will try to maintain alkalinity level in the body by means of discarding the uric acid. In a same way respiration process where, If respiration is speedily mean carbon dioxide is released more to make blood alkaline and if low amount of carbon dioxide is released could be the reason of blood acidic.

Body digestion process is also depends of acidic and alkaline foods. To maintain the pH of blood by food intake require maintaining by consuming by 80% of alkaline foods and 20% acidic food.

Now we can take a look to the mineral foods, they are essential micro nutrient and needs to take for keeping body healthy. It couldn’t give you energy; it helps only in other functioning of the body. Most the plant is alkaline, among them many vegetables are acidic (Sour) in test, and after oxidation of organic acid it leaves alkaline residues. i.e. alkaline foods are grass juice, spore seeds, fruits, almonds, potato etc.

Animal tissue are made up of acidic phosphate acids, which can be convert in to strong acid after contact with oxygen and leaves the acid residue. Acid producing foods are meat, fish, cheese, milk and other that are made from wheat.

Presence of Excess amount of acids in body could be known as a acidity or acidosis, those mineral which can dilute this acid it can be destructed by acidosis, Those who were suffering from the shortage of minerals. their body can produce acid from the food sugar and sugar, due to that body pain, and digestion process would be slow down. In this condition joint pain and body pain would occur.

When in blood over acidity can happen that time body will try to maintain the pH of blood by using the calcium and phosphorous, which can be easily available in bones. These calcium and phosphorous can dilute the acid and try to took blood pH in range. It means those foods which can increase the acid level in blood, can reduce the calcium level in bones in absence of essential minerals. Reduction in level calcium in blood can cause more chance of joint pain with respect to increase in age.

Increase the use calcium from the bones by blood for the control pH which is known as extra skeletal calcification, due to extra skeletal calcification many disease occur like heart attack, cancer, joint pain, osteoporosis, headache, red eye, dental disease, vomiting etc.
