How to choose government bank in IBPS exam??

Normally for those who wants to make their carrier in banking sector they foremost prefer the RBI, SBI and then  other banks. “Institute of banking in personnel selection” would arrange the exam for the recruitment in banking sector. For IBPS exam millions of candidate would apply.

After passing the IBPS exam candidate has to choose which bank he/she has to select,  after the checking of the criteria of the particular bank. who had passed from the Gujarat they will prefer Bank of Baroda due to more number of branch in Gujarat and owing to lesser chances of transfer in other state.  Headquarter of the BOI, UBI, IDBI, Dena bank, EXIM bank and EGCG has in Mumbai. So, for those who is from western India and they do not want to go far away from home they can select these banks.

EXIM(Export-Import Bank of India) bank is the famous bank for the make carrier in banking sector. It has been founded in 1982 to provide loan for the exporter. EXIM bank has all branches in the metro city so, it does not have any rural posting. EXIM bank having highest pay scale among the other nationalizes bank. It has lower the number of recruitment compare to others and it require the high merit to get placed.

Another one which is known as a ECGE (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India)which can provide the insurance to the exporter. The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Limited is a company wholly owned by the Government of India based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is controlled by ministry of commerce, government of india. It has same benefits like EXIM bank.

All banks have same pay scale that come under IBPS. So there is no chance of discrepancy among the others. Candidate who wants to make their carries in UPSC, GPSC and CAT for them banking is good because of  the minimal work pressure and have the time for reading and preparation for this exam.
